Methods
  • 1. Take soaked sabudana for about 5-6 hours soaked. Add oil to a heavy bottom nonstick pan.
  • 2. Once warm add cumin seeds, cubed potatoes & cook it on a low medium flame.
  • 3. Add curry leaves,mint leaves puree,green chilled & cook.
  • 4. Add salt & lemon juice to the Sabudana & add it in the pan.keep stiring.Cook for a while & serve hot
  • 5. Garnish it with mint leaves.Your khicdi is ready to eat.
