Boil the milk well and thicken it. Stir frequently during boiling to prevent sticking. Make caramel by heating 2 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of water in a bowl.Pour the prepared caramel into the milk. It gives better color to curd.

Now pour the rest of the sugar and boil a little more. Now pour the milk and let it cool.Spread 1 spoon of curd well on the pot.

When the milk cools down, mix it well with the rest of the curd. Pour milk into a plastic container and close the mouth well.

Cover the pot with a thick cloth and keep it for 7-8 hours, do not stir. After 7-8 hours your sweet curd will be ready.
