1.
Soak 1 cup of moong dal for 2 to 3 hours. Grind chilies, ginger and salt. Start making dosa.

TO MAKE CHUTNEY, Roast 1 cup flax seeds on low flame. Roast 1/4 cup of peanut. Roast 1 tbsp of sesame seeds.

Grind with dry red chillies, ginger, salt and 1/2 lime juice.Give tadka of mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves…..Enjoy with dosa, idli, paratha etc
