Ingredients For Moringa Rasam Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak the Dal for 30 minutes. Now Boil the tuvar dal for 2 whistles or till done.
  • 2. To the dal add the fresh moringa leaves.
  • 3. Now add the tamarind pulp.
  • 4. Chop the ginger finely and add it to the dal. Also add the rasam powder.
  • 5. Add 1 glass water and let the rasam boil.
  • 6. Do the tempering.
  • 7. Heat the ghee and add the cumin and Mustard seeds. Once they crackle add the garlic slices and few curry leaves.
  • 8. One nicely fried, add the tempering to the Rasam.
  • 9. Enjoy the rasam while it's still hot.
