Methods
  • 1. Dip the kheel in one cup of water for five mins and drain extra water.
  • 2. Take a large bowl add all above listed ingredients except poppy seeds and also add kheel and mix well.
  • 3. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 4. Take corn flour and half cup of water and mix well.
  • 5. Dip the tikki in cornflour mixture and coat with poppy seeds
  • 6. Shallow fry in hot oil until golden in color.
  • 7. Flipping once in between.
  • 8. Always cook in medium flame.
  • 9. Drain in paper napkin
  • 10. Drain in paper napkin
