Methods

How to make Mysore Pak Recipe

1. In a nonstick, wok add sugar and milk. Make a string syrup.
2. Now add milk powder cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
3. Now add gram flour and cook for 2 minutes more for lump free mixture.
4. Now add warm ghee in it. Stir continuously till ghee merge with mixture.
5. Add yellow food colour and mix well.
6. Now pour the mixture in greased plate or mould.
7. Keep aside for ½ an hour for cool completely.
8. Now cut the pieces. Our Mysore Pak is ready now.
