Combine milk and milkmaid in a pan, mix well and bring it to a boil. While stirring occasionally. Cook on a slow flame for 5 mins while stirring and scrapping the sides continiously.

Add the cardamom powder and paneer, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes. Cool completely, add orange segments and mix well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled with oranges garnish with orange segments and enjoy.
