In a grinder add oreo biscuits after removing the cream, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt. Grind everything until it becomes a fine powder.

Take this powder is a bowl add oil and milk and mix it wiith cut and fold method.

Preheat a cooker with 3 tbsp salt as base. Pour the batter in a greased mould and place the mould in the cooker. Remove the gasket and whistle and put the lid on.

Keep it on low flame and cook for 25 - 35 minutes.

Melt the white compound in microwave and add the cream in it. Whisk it well.

Once the cake is ready cut the top layer and make it even. Spread the frosting. Now crumble the left cake and drop it upon the frosting. Add some sprinkles and tasty cake is ready.
