First boil the spinach then add it into a blender and blend it into a puree. Now in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, puree ,oil, ajwain and make a dough. apply oil all over it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now in a pan add oil, then to it add garlic and ginger paste . Now add chopped vegetables leaving capsicum. Add red chili powder, pav bhaji masala , jeera, dhaniya powder, dalchini powder , chopped green chili. Mix all together and at last add paneer to it .

Now make prantha out of the dough . Now apply mayonnaise over it and add the stuffing . Over it spindle some onion and capsicum and pizza herbs. Now roll it into a roll. Secure with a tooth pick. Now serve hot.
