Ingredients For PANEER CHILLI CIGARS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add maida,salt to taste, ghee, mixed it.add water as required and make dough.
  • 2. Take a pan add oil heat it.
  • 3. Add chopped onion saute it
  • 4. Add green chillies saute it.
  • 5. Add capsicum.
  • 6. Add grated paneer.
  • 7. Add salt, green chillies sauce,Red sauce, black pepper,Tomato sauce mixed it.
  • 8. Cool down.
  • 9. Now take dough roll it like roti.
  • 10. Cut into strips.
  • 11. Add stuffing and cover it.
  • 12. From both the side cover it.
  • 13. Give shape a pocket.
  • 14. Deep fry it till light golden brown
  • 15. Served it.
