Methods

How to make Paneer ghee roast Recipe

1. Take the paneer and cut into cubes
2. Then add salt , turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and curd and marinate it for 1/2 an hour
3. In a pan put ghee , when hot add the marinated paneer pieces and the curry paste and cook for 5 to 6 minutes till you see ghee floating on top.
4. When the curry is ready garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
