Ingredients For Paneer moongdaal dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the moong overnight. Next day add chilli, ginger, green coriander, salt all in a mixer jar in moong and grind it by adding little water, the solution is ready.
  • 2. Mash the paneer in a separate vessel. Mix chaat masala, little salt in it.
  • 3. Heat a tawa, pour some oil on the pan, then take a tablespoon from the batter, and spread it on the pan, now pour some oil upwards.
  • 4. When roasted well, then apply 1 tsp tomato sauce, then spread paneer masala.
  • 5. And roll, then cut into desired shape. Make small pieces and serve with chutney.
