Ingredients For Panjiri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom wok. Add wheat and bajra flour. Roast it on low flame. Stir continuesly.
  • 2. Add soaf, ginger powder and almonds in it.
  • 3. When the flour turned brown and smells aromatic.add jaggery powder, mix it well. Turn off the flame. Stir continuesly.
  • 4. Let it cool. Transfer it into serving bowl.Garnish with almonds.
