Ingredients For Peach Galette In Air fryer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix maida and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • 2. Using a fork, cut in the butter till the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
  • 3. Add vinegar and mix.
  • 4. Now adding water little by little, gently knead a dough until all ingredients bind.
  • 5. Shape into a ball and wrap in a cling foil. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  • 6. Meanwhile, in a bowl, gently mix peach slices, jaggery powder, cinnamon powder and lemon juice so that all the slices are coated well.
  • 7. Cover and refrigerate.
  • 8. After an hour, take out the dough and divide in two equal parts.
  • 9. Wrap one part in cling foil and keep in fridge while we work on the other part.
  • 10. On a lightly floured work place, roll this dough into a chapati that fits the basket of the airfryer.
  • 11. Take out the peach slices and drain the syrup. Store it for drinking purpose.
  • 12. Mix cornflour in the slices so that they do not release much moisture while baking.
  • 13. Arrange half of the slices in the rolled dough,leaving a 2-3 inch border all around.
  • 14. Gently fold the edges over the peach slices, overlapping the dough wherever necessary. Gently press the dough all over to seal.
  • 15. Brush the edges with milk and airfry for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees or till the edges turn light brown.
  • 16. When done, take out and sprinkle some cinnamon powder. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  • 17. You can enjoy it as it is or pair with vanilla ice cream on top.
