Ingredients For Podi idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast groundnuts , urad dal, chana dal, cumin , sesame ,red chilli n curry leaves till fragrant. Once cool transfer to a grinding jar..add dry coconut, salt , tamarind , turmeric ..make powder .
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard n hing.Once mustard splutter add few curry leaves.
  • 3. Add cut idlies. Give a good mix. Add the powder made..toss well.
  • 4. Stir on low flame for 5 min. Turn off flame. Serve hot.
