Ingredients For Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peter Pan with oil and fry the peanut on a medium heat until gold and crunchy.
  • 2. Remove the peanut to plate and set aside.
  • 3. To the same pan add mustard and cumin.
  • 4. When they begin to walk add hi ank onion curry leaves.
  • 5. Saute until the onion turn lightly pink.
  • 6. Add cube potatoes and saute for a minute. Cover and cook on a low heat until soft and cooked completely. If needed can sprinkle some water and cook once done saute for another minute.
  • 7. Add turmeric and poha mix well and cover the pan.
  • 8. Cook on a very low heat until it turns hot if you feel poha is to dry you mis sprinkle some water and continue to steam.
  • 9. turn off the heat when poha has soft and and become hot remove from heat taste test and add more salt if needed and squeeze lemon juice.
  • 10. Garnish poha with coriander leaves and roasted peanuts.
