Methods
  • 1. Firstly wash poha and soak for 5 minutes
  • 2. Now after draining the water from the poha spread it in the air for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Now in a pan Add oil and add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
  • 4. Now add chopped green chilli and curry leaves and soute for 2 minut.
  • 5. Now add peanut and fry for 2 minutes.
  • 6. Now add soaked poha and all spices and sugar and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 7. Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander and switch off the flame.
  • 8. Serve hot with namkeen.
