Methods
  • 1. Soak poha for 5mins
  • 2. In a pan pour oil add Mustard Seed and karipatta
  • 3. After that add chopped onion & potato stir them & cover up with lid for 3mins
  • 4. Now add turmeric powder , chopped tomato Salt,chaat masala and boiled peas and cover with lid for 5 mins
  • 5. Now add soaked poha stir them and cover with lid for 5 mins
  • 6. Now add peanuts & bhujia
  • 7. Ready to eat now
