  • 3. Add salt n baking soda mix well
  • 4. Heat pan sprinkle oil
  • 5. Spread the bater to make a uttapam spread the chopped vegetables press little n cook for 3mns by covering the pan. Now flip the side n cook for another 5min in low flame.
  • 6. Your uttapam is ready serve with chutney
