  • 1. Cut the boiled potatoes in diced.Heat oil and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown and crispy.
  • 2. Place the fried potatoes on a plate.Beat the curd and pour on the plate.
  • 3. Add onion,tomato and green chilly.Add green and sweet tamarind chutney.
  • 4. Add sliced banana.Sprinkle black salt,salt,red chilly powder,roasted cumin powder and chat masala.Garnish with green coriander leaves.
