Methods
  • 1. Prepare a paste by adding potato slices, green chillies and water as required in the mixer.
  • 2. Take semolina and curd.
  • 3. Mix semolina, potato paste and curd. Prepare the batter and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Let the water boil in the idli maker. Mix eno, salt in the batter and beat it.
  • 5. Prepare Aloo Idli with Idli Maker. Hot Aloo Idli is ready.
  • 6. Heat the oil. Add mustard seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chilies and fry the idli. Garnish with Spicy Masalaidly Tomato Ketchup, Salted Sev and serve.
