Ingredients For Protein Salad with Mint Dressing Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak chickpeas overnight. After soaking is over, drain the water completely.
  • 2. Boil the chickpeas. Strain it and keep aside.
  • 3. Chop all the vegetables and keep aside.
  • 4. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic paste and green chili in a blender to make a smooth paste.
  • 5. Now, in a large bowl, combine boiled chickpeas with mint mixture and chopped veggies.
  • 6. Add black pepper powder, extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste. Toss and mix properly. Enjoy this healthy protein salad.
