Tack paneer into a plate and cut into a Pisces ,Add some salt and clr on it mix well and keep a side

Now tack kadai add butter and oil Now add jeera after crackle add chopped onion

Saute for a minute add whole grm masale saute till aroma, now add masale and chopped tomatos cook until tomatoes soft. Add pudina leaves washed. Mix it

Now switch off the flame and cool down. Once cool down grind all mixture.

Again tack handi Add grinding mixture ,and fresh milk cream, cook for 1min and add paneer cubes .water as per required cook until paneer become soft; till gravy u want thick switch off the flame .

Serve hot it in a bowl put coconut milk on top sides and enjoye with wheat flour lacha pratha ..Thanku
