It"s a ragi dosa recipe with veggies.I have made it for specially diabetic patients but anybody can have it because it's not only healthy but tasty also. I have served it with homemade less oil amla achar and salad.

Ingredients For Ragi Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the ragi millet with water for 2 hours. After that take it in a mixing jar. Add little water and make a paste of it.
  • 2. Take the paste in a bowl. Add wheat flour, rock salt, cumin seeds, grated ginger, onion & green chilli.
  • 3. Add water as needed and make a batter of it. Cover it and keep rest for at least 10 minutes.
  • 4. Now heat a dosa pan and brush oil. Spread one spatula dosa batter over it.
  • 5. Add some jullian cut carrot and chopped coriander over it. Let it fry for few minutes. Then flip it and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 6. Delicious Ragi dosa is ready now. I have served it with home made less oil amla achar and salad.
