Ingredients For Ragi Idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the ragi seeds with enough water for half an hour. Then grind it and make a paste of it.
  • 2. Take the paste in a mixing bowl. Add curd, chopped veggies and mix it well.
  • 3. Now brush oil in idli maker & pour 1 tbspn idli batter in it.
  • 4. Microwave it for just 3 minutes. You can steam it on gas oven. It will take 10 to 15minutes.
  • 5. Healthy, tasty ragi idli is ready now. Serve it with salad, green chutney and sambar.
