This time I mixed a little bit of water and rubbed it hard. I left it for a while.This time I divided it into two parts.

Roll it out like chapati, Slash with a knife on one side. So that the rooti dont be puffed . Noe flip the roti then pinch the surface of the roti from top to bottom to make a design on the roti.or you can do with a twister.
