In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mash them. Then add 1/2 cup Rajgira flour and mix it well.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, cumin Powder, coriander leaves, green chilli, Black pepper powder and mix well.

Now, make round balls of Rajgira Potato Patty and press it.

Heat oil and fry Rajgira Potato on medium to high heat till golden brown. Remove the tikkis from oil and place them on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Finally, Rajgira Potato Patty is Ready to serve with tamarind chutney and fresh coriander leaves chutney.
