Methods
  • 1. Take 1 cup of rajma that is soaked overnight. Add water to it and put it in a pressure cooker for around 30 minutes (they must become soft.Alongside, take 1 cup of quinoa and add 2 cups of water to it. Boil it on a medium flame for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Cut the tomatoes and keep it aside.Take a pan on medium flame and pour the oil. Once it gets hot, add the jeera seeds, cloves, crushed ginger, crushed garlic and onion. Sauté it for a minute and add garam masala, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Sauté it for a minute.
  • 3. After 5 minutes, add the rajma, boiled corn and mix well.After 3-4 minutes, add the quinoa and cook for another 5 minutes. Add salt as per taste and ensure it gets blended well.Then garnish with coriander leaves.
