Ingredients For Red lentil soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add red lentil. Wash it and soak for 39 minutes.
  • 2. Transfer it in pressure cooker. Add all the ingredients except cream.
  • 3. Pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles. Let it cool.
  • 4. Blend the dal to make smoo Paste. In a kadhai add this mixture. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Add water to adjust consistency.
  • 5. Transfer it in a bowl. Garnish with fresh cream.
