Wash sabudana 2-3 times and soak sabudana for 32-3 hours. Take a kadai on medium flame add oil and cumin seeds when cumin crackle add garlic roaste it for 1 minute add onion roast it till soft now add peanuts and roast again for 1 minute then add ginger potatoes and all spices and mix it nicely.

Now add salt ,sugar and hing and mix add sabudana and mix it nicely now add coriander and lemon juice and mix again. So sabudana khichadi is ready to serve. You can serve this khichadi with curd.
