Before fry add 2 tablespoonfuls of water in sago and mix well. keep it a side for 10 minutes. After 10 min ready to fry.

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in pan. Fry sago in hot oil. Take it out. Fry peanuts. Add peanuts in fried sago. Fry Chopped green chili .
  • 2. Grate a potato. Wash it into cold-water. Repeat this step 2-3 times. Squeeze water by using cloth.
  • 3. Deep fry grated potatoes in heated oil. Remove it. Mix with peanut and fry sago. Add salt.
  • 4. Another pan heat 1teaspoon ghee. Add 7 -8 fresh curry leaves. Add some cashew and almond. Fry for only 1 min. Take it out. Mix with mixture of sago. Mix it well.
  • 5. Sabudana chivda is ready to eat. Store it in air tight container for 8-10 days.
