Make dough with the dough ingredients and prepare the filing by mixing filling ingredients. Make sure that the dough is not very hard. It should be soft. Filling should be properly make so that it’s not dry when eating.Prepare small balls from dough and fill in with the prepared filling.

Preheat the oven at 100 degrees for 10 min. After that Bake the batis at 150 degrees for 40 min. Keep turning the sides and the shuffle the temp if required.

Serve the exotic Sattu Bati dipped in ghee with Tamatar, Aloo Chokha and Dal as a complete platter .
