How to make Sev Lapsi

1. At first saute wheat sev in ghee till it get aromatic and pink
2. Now add 1/2 cup water and sugar and cook it on low close flame close the lid
3. Now when it get soft and the water is burnt add saffron and elaichi and turn off the gas
4. Serve it with garnish the dryfruit
