Make hung curd, In muslin cloth keep curd for an hour to remove excess water from curd.

In a wok boil milk, in between soak saffron in 2-3 tblespn milk.

When milk become Âľ in quantity, add soaked saffron milk and boil milk for 5-7 minute on low flame. Keep stirring, switch off the flame and let it cool completely.

Now in blender jar add boiled milk, hung curd, sugar and some ice cubes. Blend it well. You can refrigerate it for 2 to 4hours.

Pour shahi shikanji in glasses, garnish with chopped dryfruits and enjoy chilled Shahi Shikanji.
