Ingredients For Shahi Tukda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut bread slices in triangular shape.
  • 2. Heat a heavy bottom pan add condensed milk , cardamom powder and milk. Stir continuesly and cook it, make rabdi.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a wok. Deep fry all thebread pieces till it become goldenbrown.
  • 4. Heat a pan add water and sugarboil it . Make 1 string sugar syrup. Turn offthe flame. Mix rose water.
  • 5. Dip bread pieces for few seconds in sugar syrup.Keep them on a serving plate.
  • 6. Pour rabdi over the breads. Garnish it with almonds, pistachio and rose petals.
  • 7. Serve it hot or chilled.
