Ingredients For Sindhi Koki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl, add whole wheat flour, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and 2 tbsp of ghee.
  • 2. Rub it well and add little water. Knead it into tight dough.
  • 3. Take some dough and flatten it little using rolling pin.
  • 4. Heat tawa on medium flame and grease it using little ghee. Roast flattened dough and cook till reddish brown spots occurs on both sides.
  • 5. Remove from the flame and roll it again like paratha. Roast it again on medium flame using ghee till it gets cooked from both sides.
  • 6. Remove from tawa. Serve hot with curd, papad and pickle
