Methods

How to make Sindhi_Koki Recipe

1. Take a bowl add wheat flour.
2. Add chopped onion.
3. Add chopped green chillies
4. Add cumin, Red chili powder, salt,hing.
5. Add salt, 1 tbsp oil mixed it
6. Add water as required.
7. Mixed it and make dough.
8. Keep aside 5 minutes.
9. Take a tawa heat it
10. Now roll it small sized and cook 5 second on tawa and remove it
11. Now again roll it.
12. And cook both side
13. Apply oil both side
14. Cook on medium flame till it's become crispy.
15. Served with curd or tea
