The water used for boiling peas and soya chunks can be used in sabzi.If want to make dry sabzi ,dont add much water. So water can be adjusted accordingly.

How to make Soya chunks and capsicum in Manglorean Ghee Roast Curry Recipe

1)First of all add 1cup of soya chunks in pan ,add 2 1/2 to 3 cups of water and pinch saltin pan .Boil soya chunks for 4 to 5 minutes on medium heat.

2)Once soya chunks done switch off the gas fire, stain soya chunks from water, Once again add cold water over it and strain it . Squeeze water from chunks and keep aside.

3) Wash and rinse well capsicum.Chop red,yellow and green capsicum and keep aside.Boil green peas for 4 to 5 minutes in required amount of water and keep aside

4)Take a pan or kadhai, add ghee,heat well .Then add capsicum(red,yellow, green)

5) Sautey capsicum for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to high heat, then add Tasty Tales Manglorean Ghee Roast.Mix it well

6) Then add soya chunks and green peas( strain peas from water)..Stir fry it.

7)Add required amount of warm water and let it cook on low to medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes.The water used for boiling peas and soya chunks can be utilized.

8)Adjust water consistency and salt according to taste.
9.
9)Once done garnish with fresh coriander leaves and onion rings.
