  • 1. Add soya chunks to a pot along with sufficient water. Add some salt and boil them until cooked. Once cooked, squeeze out all the water, rinse them properly and collect in a bowl and grind like keema..

  • 3. Stir well to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes until all the flavors come through..
  • 4. The next step is to make the quesadillas..
  • 5. Place a whole wheat chapati in a dry surface and spread half of the prepared mixture on it. Add cheddar cheese on top and close with another chapati..
  • 6. Hit a few drops of ghee in a non stick pan and place this chapati sandwich on it. Cook from both sides for 2-3 minutes..
  • 7. Cut the quesadilla into pieces and served with some homemade sour cream and spicy tomato sauce..
