Ingredients For Spinach Stir Fry | Palanga Saga Bhaja Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take spinach leaves, clean and wash them properly and then chop them finely.
  • 2. Heat cooking oil in a Kadai. Then add cumin seeds, dry Red chillies and chopped garlic. Saute them for 30 seconds
  • 3. After 30 seconds, add chopped potatoes, salt(1/3 tsp) and turmeric powder. Mix it well.
  • 4. Cover and cook until it becomes little bit soft.
  • 5. Then add chopped spinach leaves and mix it well. Cover and cook until water absorb.
  • 6. When water absorbed properly, then switch off the flame and it's ready to serve.
