Ingredients For SPROUTED MOONG RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds first, when the cumin turns brown, add green chillies, curry leaves and chopped onions. Roast the onion until it becomes light pink.
  • 2. Now add turmeric, chilli and salt and mix well.
  • 3. Add the sprouted moong to it. Mix well and add tomatoes to the last, Mix it , add 1-2 tsp water as per requirement. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the gas and mix lemon juice and green coriander.
  • 4. Remove it in a serving plate , garnish with green coriander leaves and lemon.
