Firstly pill the potatoes and cut in to half then keep holl in mid..

Now tack pan Heat some oil, add jeera, sounf, hing and green chili .

Add soaked mung dal add salt, turmeric powder, Red chili powder, dry mango pwdr, mix n cook it. Stuffing ready

Now Tack potatoes put some stuffing with the help of spoon.

Heat on twa n on tawa roast it both side..After 10min ready to serve .. Tack out in plate and put grated paneer on the top up.. Enjoye potato boat with ur favourite chutni or ketchup. Thank u
