Ingredients For Suji Besan ka Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee and fry cashew nuts.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a fry pan, add semolina and saute till light brown. Add besan and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • 3. Add milk slowly. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • 4. Add condensed milk, saffron and cardamom powder.
  • 5. Transfer onto any mould of your choice and garnished with fried cashew and cherries and serve hot.
