Methods
  • 1. Roast the mango in a tandoor. Once cooled, remove the skin and seed of the mango,mash the pulp of the mango.
  • 2. Add sugar, salt,black salt and roasted cumin powder and mix well.
  • 3. Add two glass of water and strain it. Add crushed ice and serve chilled.
