First of all, soak the black gram in hot water for 10 hours. And then cook it in the cooker. Till the chickpeas are cooked well.

When the gram boils properly, then put 1 tsp of desi ghee in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds and we will roast it by adding 1 tsp of gram flour and 1 tsp cornflour. And put in the black gram and water and mix properly.

And then we will cook it well by adding salt, pepper, red chili and chaat masala and lemon. And serve hot soup by adding coriander and dry bread on top.
