Ingredients For Tasty Black Gram Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, soak the black gram in hot water for 10 hours. And then cook it in the cooker. Till the chickpeas are cooked well.
  • 2. When the gram boils properly, then put 1 tsp of desi ghee in a pan, add asafoetida and cumin seeds and we will roast it by adding 1 tsp of gram flour and 1 tsp cornflour. And put in the black gram and water and mix properly.
  • 3. And then we will cook it well by adding salt, pepper, red chili and chaat masala and lemon. And serve hot soup by adding coriander and dry bread on top.
