Tazatziki dip Recipe ( Lebanese dip made with hung curd)

A simple hung curd Lebanese dip made with cucumber and garlic mainly . It’s traditionally made with dil leaves but I have it my twist with coriander leaves . The garlic adds to the flavour of the dip .

How to make Tazatziki dip Recipe ( Lebanese dip made with hung curd)

1. First make hung curd . Strain the curd onto a seive and keep it fridge for 6 hours or more.
2. This is help to drain the water and get very thick curds which is hung curds.
3. Now to this add chopped garlic,coriander leaves ,cucumber and salt to taste .
4. Mix all the ingredients well and serve chill with any kind of chips .
5. I served it with cut cucumber and roasted pizza base.
6. Don’t miss out the garlic it’s an amazing flavour when mixed with curds .
