Ingredients For Tomato Sauce Pasta

Methods
  • 1. In a large pan add 300 ml of water and a pinch of salt and put the whole wheat pasta in it.
  • 2. In a sauce pan steam tomatoes and fresh ginger and then steamm for 5 mins.
  • 3. Grind it to a smooth puree and strain it.
  • 4. Add basil, cinnamon powder, rock salt and black pepper and then let it simmer.
  • 5. Steam the chopped carrots, capsicum, zucchini and avacado for a minute.
  • 6. Mix the steamed vegetables with the tomato sauce for 7 mins
  • 7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
