1st to make Chunda add grated mango , Sugar,turmeric powder,salt and mix well In a steel vessel or in a glass vessel and tie the vessel With a muslin cloth and sun-dried for 10 days.

Then add jeera and chilly powder again tied with a muslin cloth and sun-dried for half a day.

Note always give it a stir once a day when you bring it back to shade in the evening.

To make parathas mix wheat flour little bit of salt warm water make a soft dough .

Press this door for 20 minutes. Roll out the chapatis and make a slit in the centre and keep one spoon of Chanda on the right side.

Take the Cut portion and fold it and make it like a triangle. Roll it and flatten the Paratha cook on hot Tawa on both sides With oil and serve.
