Ingredients For Tricolor baajre ki kheer recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean the pearl millet and put a little water, splash and soak it 15 minutes so that it becomes moist.
  • 2. Now add it in grinder. And grind little bit ,not grind it too much.
  • 3. After grinded it peel off it's skin rubbed with hands. Separates all it's peels from the grains.
  • 4. Now heat ghee in a Cooker and add baajra. Saute for a minute. Add milk and cover the lid. Apply 3-4 whistles.
  • 5. After releasing the steam add suger and cardamom powder and mix. Add condensed milk and cook for a minute on medium flame. Add some chopped nuts and mix.
  • 6. Now divide cooked bajra in 3 parts. In one part add orange color and mix. Cook for a minute on medium flame.
  • 7. In second part add green color and mix. Cook for a minute. Third part keep as it is.
  • 8. Take long glass. First add some green color kheer , than add some white color kheer and last add orange color kheer. Garnish with chopped almonds ,cashew and pistachios and serve.
