Ingredients For Tuver na thotha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil water, add fresh tuver and 1/4 tsp salt, boil till soften, discard from water and keep aside.
  • 2. Heat oil, add hing, ginger chilli paste, saiye for few seconds add chopped onion and saute it.
  • 3. When onion turns translucent add pureed tomato, and all spices ,remaining3/4 tsp salt, cook for few seconds.
  • 4. Add boiled tuver and 1/4 cup water and cover till all moisture dries, and switch off the flame.
  • 5. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and namkeen mixture, serve with bread.
